I've thought about this too. I think the best answer I can give is to make sure your own immune system is robust, and then not worry about it.
My regimen is not for everyone, but here goes:
Gym 5 days a week, no excuses;
Vitamins B12, C, D, and K;
Quercetin;
Turmeric;
Zinc;
Black Cumin Seed;
and calcium with magnesium citrate.
Eat only healthy foods;
No drugs, smoking, or alcohol;
and stay focused on what really matters in life. And the approval of others does not matter in life.
I'm not a doctor or biologist but it seems like getting that shit injected into your body would be 1000x more invasive that some spike proteins getting on your skin.
I don't know but I would think, unless they had the shots very recently, you're largely okay. Once some time has passed, I think the shedding is reduced drastically. But it's a good question and it would be nice to have a definitive answer.
There's no evidence that suggest you should. "Shedding" is still pure speculation, coming especially from so-called "experts" who still believe in unicorn viruses and immune systems, neither of which exist. Sherri Tenpenny comes to mind, early on in the scamdemic when she claimed to have definitive proof that shedding was happening. That was early/mid 2021. She hasn't said much about it since and produced zero proof of her claim.
I'm inclined to believe the "shedding" story is just another example, amongst many, of planned fear-mongering for the "other side". Regardless of what you believe, above all else they want you to be scared.
Have no fear. This is what they don't want from you.
They only thing they are shedding is the COVID virus and everything else that is going around right now. Because they are more susceptible they will give it to the unvaxxed if your immune system is not up to snuff. I have not been vaxxed but got COVID twice (yeah never been tested but my hubby insisted on getting tested before he took his expensive Ivermectin and I assume I had it too since he came down with it first and the second time I got it ,,, the gals in my exercise class all announced they tested positive). I am a pureblood and nasal swab test virgin.
Evidently it is important whether or not you have had covid as well. For the vaxxed and unvaxxed there can be problems with spike proteins and clotting. There is a lot of research coming out now about how to treat for this.
No unless you plan on having close contact. Such as sex. If you touch each other like hugs or what ever as long as you do not touch the skin and if you do wash your hands immediately. Do not kiss them.

I also believe pfiszers "2 week" comment is when it hurts us - as someoneimmune compromised I notice unwell near recently jabbed
Pine needle tea - for spike proteins as it contains suramin and zinc.
I'm certainly curious to learn all I can. Without coming off as crazy as the mask and Vax Nazis.

Other vaccines create shedding problems. I know polio vaccines can have issues. Its not obvious to me this one does not.

Ashlanddog just posted these and they pretty much answer your question.
No one knows.
I err on the side of caution though.
Not this time of year.
