Interesting? Twitter employees possibly using an app called Quill behind the scenes to talk? w/ those who want to censor us and between themselves.

Quill and Dagger is one of several groups at Cornell.

Some notable members including World Bank, CFR, Trilateral Commission and the usual groups.

Bill Gates is also related to the founders of Cornell (see Thomas and Ezra Cornell).
The Johnsons of Racine made the largest donation to Cornell the same year Joe Biden made his big speech there.
Cornell is also based in Finger Lakes, tattooed on Hunter Biden’s back.
Follow the quill.
This is a vastly-underrated comment.

I don't believe that Elon doesn't know what Quill is.
Correct
Elon knows how to exactly post comms that line up perfectly with Q drops.
Elon doesn't know what Quill is.
"Ok."
I'm really curious as to why Quill is not mentioned even briefly in any one disclosures or financial reports over the last 12 months since they bought them in December 2021.
The purchase was reported on December 7th, 2021. I did quickly check all 8-K's / 10-Q/10-K's and doing a quick search for Quill and Qwil returned nothing.
Especially for a 100% acquisition I find it very odd that even if the acquired asset was being shutdown, they are using it for it's properties, or so they say.
There might be a logical explanation I'm not catching onto, but something that is going to "enhance the user experience" seems pretty important to tell shareholders.
EDIT: Curious if they are using disposition as a way to avoid having to report the acquisition, this is all very interesting and a definite rabbit hole that I feel caught up in now, The fact that Elon is asking "What is Quill" does not sound like it's a moment of ignorance for him.
Exactly, so there's a few scenarios.
Elon really did not know about this, and he really did not know because the financials don't mention them.
He knows and wants anons to dig up on this
Spicy sauce, but leaves an aftertaste like a thorn in your tongue [define: quill]
It's a great way to get the conversation started
It would be great to have other Finance Anons join in. I am in the Finance fields although I am just getting started so I'm trying to tread carefully but I know anons here are good at working together with information and weeding out the right and wrong.
I'm curious mostly through my area of knowledge as to why it would not be required, also what is this businesses history, what is special about their technology that Twitter would have spent millions to acquire and then not use their AI at all on the site.
Could it be simple as they bought the system, shut it down for all public and simply use it to communicate in secret? Probably, but maybe there is more to this.
EDIT: I said millions, but in fact they spent 27.7 BILLION dollars to buy a service that they said was purchased to enhance user experience and instead shut the original app down and haven't touched it since.
.gov employees use same type of apps ie … quill and wickr to circumvent transparency and records retention.
Would allow them to avoid having anything pop up on FOIA's by using a backdoor system that isn't available to the public.

Seems very out of character for Elon to ask publicly what something is that's connected to a company he owns. I could be reading it wrong, but it seems like he's well aware of it, probably monitoring its use, and doesn't want the people involved to get suspicious, so he feigns ignorance. 🤔
He also didn't even have to reply.
One potential interpretation is that he wants others to open that Pandora's box and blow it open. More organic.
Good point, I didn't think of that angle.
They probably used it to rig the election.
Elon would have it all.

Never heard of Quill before this tweet, but when I tried to search it online. There is nothing I found other than Twitter acquiring it. I see an app called Qwil, but I don't know at first-glance if that's the same app.
Corporate firewalls can block that traffic, unless using own data from cell, then that needs to be blocked.
As someone who does not use Twitter: Has anyone noticed anything happen to their DM services? What did Quill do that moved over to Twitter.
Im thinking it was a secret hidden twitter that was anon or encrypted like telegram for special select people to talk and DM.
This is the key most likely, they found a service that fit their needs, bought it off the company, closed it to the public, tried to hide it from the public (nothing said after December, no mentions in financials etc). and used solely as an encrypted backdoor communications device to hide from the public.
After digging into the replies and mentions of the original reply to JeffTutorials for this, he mentioned to Elon that he should ask Nick Caldwell. Apparently Nick set his profile to private right after he was mentioned.

I imagine the Twitter space on Blind is blowing up about now.
