Maybe "zero covid" is a way of pushing the Chinese to the precipice. I have an in-law who lives in Guangzhou. I'll see if he has any input on this.

It is in L.A. where 30% of people still wear masks, local ABC still has a 5:13 p.m. "ask the doctor" segment DAILY to instill covid fear, and CA is still under a state of emergency.
I'm an hour south and I see maybe one mask a day. I see people everyday in "Let's Go Brandon" shirts, punisher logos, flags on shirts/hats, 2A hats, etc. It's just crazy how it can be an exact opposite reality just an hour drive away. Why do all the lunatics congregate in the big cities like LA and SF, and others around the country?
