They transport to Runbeck to run them through a scanner because it's faster than Maricopa equipment, and then they return them to election HW for tabulating. But that's the rub. So it seems pretty clear that they scan the ballots, remove some of the Republican ballots, recreate them on fresh ballots with Democrat votes, then destroy the original voted ballot. Then they transport them to the counting center to be 'officially' counted.
IF they can get away with that, we deserve it. Where are the Trump Judges? Where are the lawyers? Where are the pole watchers? We don't need media reports, we need court action.
