Possibly some A.I. from another world/universe or one here has gotten loose or will get loose and can easily do this. Just kill off the people and replace them with actors who dont even look like the person being filmed by cameras with no operators and journalists who are either like the actors when seen on camera or just voice generated. Person of interest went into depth about operators killing people just becus the A.I told them to.

Making a deep fake demo is one thing, making a convincing fake with audio is not so simple.
