I'd lay down money that it is. At the very least, it's somebody legitimate and close to Trump, that's a part of the plan.
Earlier this year there was an amber alert sent to people in Missouri, about Gotham Missouri. The details of the alert described the original Joker's car. You can see in the link that it was shrugged off as a mistake.
Here's a second link showing a timeframe of when it went out. 4:52.
On the same day that the alert went out, at 4:26, il Donaldo tweeted: I'M BATMAN!!!.
There are no coincidences.
It's funny because people keep it in the back of the head that it is a big brain Trump alter ego.
When he popped up, people were pointing to a prior account or version of the account and saying he was a leftist.
I have watched and read the posts in amusement, but since people were pointing that out, I have not bought into it. It's been a long while, so I don't remember the specifics.
