Well, there's the issue of the newly-awake realizing that most of the sickness and death in their own families and circles of friends (and their own) over the past two years may very well have come from the experimental drugs.
The issue that they and/or their children and/or their grandchildren may have been made sterile by having the experimental drugs injected into their bodies.
The issue that fake news media and bad tech deliberately censored people who were trying to warn them of the dangers of the experimental drugs and censored others who were attempting to share information on Covid remedies.
The issue that this experimental drug is actually a bioweapon that was created by "elite" (sic) eugenicists deliberately to exterminate billions of people worldwide. Deliberately.
That's not even including the big pharma malfeasance over the past several decades that has deliberately caused pain, suffering and death to their parents and grandparents, hospitals and doctors taking bribes to falsify numbers and actually murder people with known dangerous protocols, etc. And that's just the topics related to health. There's an avalanche of horrors from almost every aspect of life about to come toppling down as well.
So to address your post, I imagine the first few shocks will be the most severe to have a panic-inducing effect. After they can wrap their minds around some of these issues, they ought to be able to bear up against the further assaults on their matrix reality. Everyone is different so it's hard to guess what their reactions are going to be. Our roles? Varied, fluid, a calming force (we hope). An apt analogy might be shepherding. Time will tell.
have always wondered if Q is being tricky with this statement; there isn't room for that many people/aren't enough beds. only a few beds per 1000 people in most states. would Never be able to put 99% of 300 million in hospital/isn't logical.
I think Q is referencing multiple types of hospitals and events of. And not all at once, but possibly everyone will experience the need for treatment because of what is coming.
There is only 1 thing that takes place that a person can be seen in any clinic or hospital for, even if you must be referred or transferred. And that is a mental health crisis event. This is both adults and children of course. I can see that the culmination of all the coming events, crashing together, in that period of time referred to as “the near death experience” for each country or the world, nearly everyone not as Awakened as us, will possibly see the need for mental health treatment. This is what I believe Q is referring to.

99 percent of "the world." I don't think nearly the entire world took the vaccine.
Maybe it means "99% will be in the hospital" as in protesting and demanding the heads of the doctors who pushed the vaccines.
