Q asks, "Under what article can the President impose MI take over investigations for the 3 letter agencies? What conditions must present itself?"
People like to say Military Tribunals are for the military personnel and can't be used against civilians. You would be mistaken.
“Can military law apply to civilians?” The short answer is yes, but only under special circumstances."
As we continue to read here, those circumstances would be if President Trump signed the Insurrection Act.
https://www.lawsuitlegal.com/military-law/can-civilians-be-tried-in-military-court.php
The Insurrection Act is a law while "martial law" is a concept that doesn't have a legal definition in the U.S. "It's not enshrined anywhere," said Thaddeus Hoffmeister, a law professor at the University of Dayton.
Generally, martial law means that the military takes over civilian control of the government, whereas the Insurrection Act applies to specific instances of rebellion or refusal to uphold the law and requires a state's National Guard or the U.S. military to intervene.
Looking at the section above it says, "Insurrection Act applies to specific instances of rebellion or refusal to uphold the law and requires a state's National Guard or the U.S. military to intervene.
On January 6th, there was a refusal to uphold the law. The law broken would be refusing to look at alternate delegates. This is what the Brunson Supreme Court case is based on.
Also said above, "Requires National Guard to intervene"
When did the National Guard arrive to DC? On the evening of Jan 6th.

For Trump to initiate the Insurrection act, he must give a proclamation to disperse.
Here is his proclamation.

THE ROLE OF MILITARY TRIBUNALS UNDER THE LAW OF WAR
Go to page 7.
Under Article 2 of the Uniform Code, a “declared war” is necessary for a “time of war” to exist (which would then justify the trial of civilians by general court-martial)
https://www.bu.edu/law/journals-archive/international/volume24n1/documents/1-14.pdf
Here, President Trump calls himself a war time President, "In a true sense, We Are At War". This is a war declaration.

"Military authority takes over civilian rule upon the declaration of martial law. As a result, the military holds immense power to run essential branches of the State, including the police, courts, and legislature or any lawmaking body."
It does not matter what the committee investigating Jan. 6 finds. The recommended criminal charges going to the DOJ against President Donald Trump are null and void. The marker that pushes the military to step forward may be the attempt to arrest President Trump.
We have been waiting for Durham to issue his findings. If we are under martial law, he most likely handed his findings to a military tribunal. Durham just gathered the evidence; military tribunals will prosecute the guilty. Would it make any sense for Durham to hand his recommended criminal charges to the DOJ? At this stage of the movie, the military has overruled the DOJ's authority.
Elon is releasing evidence that solidifies the Durham's special counsel findings. The FBI colluded with the DNC's fake Russia collusion story (Durham) and now the FBI colluded social networking sites to infringe our rights and manipulate the outcome of our 2020 election. (Musk)
You can bet your sweet little ass Trump signed the Insurrection Act on January 6th. We are under martial law, just wait for it, its coming.

I agree. A hidden hand. Events occur that appear to be random or luck or miracle, but are not. It’s the only thing that makes sense.
How does the DS lose Twitter without a hidden hand? There’s a thousand ways they could have and would have stopped the Twitter sale, or at least delayed it. But it just sailed through. Fast.
We keep dodging bullets at the last minute that appear random. What if they aren’t.
Everything I’ve learned here with this community I’ve been able to make sense of. Dig and question everything.
What doesn’t make sense is people with severe TDS. Every once in a while I go onto Reddit and there are constant posts referencing some MSM hit article on president Trump. Scroll through the comments is an endless circle jerk of blaming orange man and these “white supremacist” “Qanon cult” “Christian extremist”. Who knows maybe it’s mostly bots or paid shills but it’s crazy to think many people will never wake up
That’s the real purpose of Elon’s 8 dollar blue check mark. The deep state is having to write omnibus bills to get enough cash to keep going. They can’t afford to maintain a millions bot army at 8 dollars a head. There certainly are people who are brainwashed though. I have a family member who can tear apart and put a car back together but thinks Trump is Putin’s puppet for some reason. Maybe years of listening to NPR at work, who knows? I think it is MKultra on a grand scale. I was shocked at the # of my freinds that got the shot and immediately thought Ukraine was the good guys.
Solid point on $8 Elon, maybe he’s the black cue ball designed to knock everything out. To your point, those who don’t awaken and still believe Trump is putins puppet can’t stop for one minute and question that reality. Putin cheated American elections to get Trump in but wasn’t able to cheat again? Yet somehow with biden it became “thE mOst SeCuRe EleCtiOn ever”.
Oh and Putin would rather attack Ukraine without a puppet in the White House. Either fake news propaganda is so deep rooted or we’re staring at the real destructive power of hatred that the only reality people can accept is just to continue hating Trump.
Would they also be the same people that felt the urge to hoard toilet paper a few years ago? I honestly believe that was a test or proof of concept of the mass media subliminal message system. Everyone we knew who watched normal tv/cable did that, but not those who cut the cord, who were looking around at each other in the markets while zombies filled their cards with tp. It's real, patented stuff.
On the other hand, this is where we hear about martial law is in effect right now. Not from NPCs.
It was funny/irritating to me because I lived rural, so getting large supplies of things was just how we always shopped
Wow, I never thought about that.
But at the same time, they don't need a blue check to invade polls or even speak.
But if they wanted it to seem 'legitimate' they would definitely want that check.
To understand Trump in context requires you to be able to believe that just about everything we have been told is a lie, and that the US government has been taken over by pure evil and has been for decades. Just about all of it.
To someone with critical thinking and a grasp of history, it’s very easy to believe that a once healthy government has been corrupted to its core and infiltrated by communists. If you look at history, it’s almost a certainty that too much success breeds apathy which breeds corruption and then a fall.
Some people can’t believe that. They think the US is special. We are different. That the same factors that have taken down every civilization in history don’t apply to us. That communism or corruption is something for other countries to worry about.
They are unwilling to accept everything is a lie and has been since they were born. That’s why they took the jab. Wore a mask. Stayed inside. It’s the same people who fell for the Steele dossier. Same group of people.
People don’t like to admit to themselves they have been fooled. If you are not a strong man or woman, it feels personally degrading. Their ego cannot allow them to accept it. It would raise far too many questions. Once you don’t believe the FBI, then what’s next? You have to question the CDC, and so on.
That’s partly the reason it had to be this way. You can’t show everyone the truth, some simply will never believe it. But you can get the fence sitters. The worse it gets, the more absurd that the deep state has to behave, the more people you can convince to question their beliefs.
We have been made weak and blind by our own success. A natural assumption “that cant happen here.” In reality, it was always going to happen here. It always does.
I don't know. I get all that but I think intuition/spirit is an important factor. When Trump won, I had NO clue about politics at all and knew none of the names, really. I instinctively felt there was something WRONG with people like Adam Schiff, Chuck Schumer, and a load of the tv personalities. Hilary seemed evil to me. In fairness, I thought Pelosi seemed less evil and more like a half-demented grandma. I remember a few months in to waking up to politics I started telling people with dead seriousness that "there is something WRONG with these people. It's more than just money or power. These are not the same as you and I". I think that sense plays a big factor in it. The people who think Bill Gates is just a benevolent computer geek trying to save the world and the people who realize that's ridiculous.
I don't know man. The normies would have cheered for people like us to be thrown in forced labor camps for not using a diaper/getting the clot shot. Maybe even some of your own friends and family. They think Trump is the reincarnation of Hitler. They were absolutely convinced that he was a dictator, without a shred of evidence. They believed every single thing the TV told them, and accepted it as fact.
I don't know if their brainwashing can be broken. If it can be broken, you'll be left with a husk of a person, so broken inside that they'll need to sedated for the rest of their natural lifespan.
Flat earth?
To have even stopped the offer would have violated legal and financial regulations, as the board is supposed to (heavy emphasis on supposed to) have the best interests of their shareholders in mind. Elon did an end-run around them all, and put a buyout offer directly to the shareholders. If anyone tried to stop it, that would have exposed the fuckery to the world. I don't know if it would have been on a smaller or bigger scale than Gamestop, but they couldn't risk the world digging in to it.
