I hear what he's saying, and it's great for people just starting out, who are young, undisciplined, and impatient.

Better if you realize that that efforts needed are to stay out of the way of the people doing the real lifting. Individually we all have to get our minds right, then we have helped.

I needed someone to tell me this when I was in elementary school. Fucking pulled all nighters for ungraded homework. Burnt out right before university.
Oh man. Have you eased up on yourself and breathed a little? There's always time for school. I know in ways it can be harder doing it at night (I did it while I was in the military), but it can be done. Wgu.edu has self-paced stuff. A lot of military people use them. Their IT track used to be certification heavy, which was great. Not sure if it still is though. Peace to you as you go. We all have stuff to climb over on our trails, fren. :)
I finished university, but I crashed and burned. I'm better now, but it took a lot to put myself together. Thanks for the advice though. I'm glad I went through this so that when I have kids, I can tell them school and education is great but it's not the most important thing in the world.
Ah, gotcha. Yes I agree. The online stuff is looking better and better simply due yo the campus cultures.
