He's listed as 6'0" & 200 lbs. This does not look like a person of that size, especially next to that woman.
He is probably connected to a cardiac monitor that is not captured in the pic; his IV does not need to be attached to anything if he is not receiving continuous IVF(IV fluids); I call it "capped & clamped", but the IV remains in place in discharge unless the IV infiltrates. The O2 regulator is connected to tubing over his left shoulder, but I cannot tell if it is connected or how many liters it is running at. The only thing that stands out to me is: the time on the clock.

Parts of the image are photoshopped. Where there should be shadows, there are none. It's as if the photoshopping was done to his tattooed arms to try and make people believe it's him. Too many sketchy & questionable things going on since the collapse on the field.
