We have been heading down this path for a few years now. I live in a very remote region of East Tennessee. For a few years, we sold raw milk to people who live in our local community. Got out of the dairy (zero days off) and went into beef. Took a couple of loads of cattle to market, and quickly realized that the only ones making any money off our labor, were the feed lots. So now we pre-sell our cattle to locals. They pay for the animal, we deliver it to the processor, (also local), and they pick up their meat and pay for the processing. The demand for our beef exceeds our ability to produce it, due to using traditional methods, and natural feed stocks. So far, so good.

That is the way.

I'm surrounded by 'farm shops' where I live in the UK, and they are the most expensive place to buy food there is.

However, the quality is excellent.

This is great during harvest season. Where I am at in Michigan every little town has its farmers markets on weekends and the wife and I take advantage of them even though we grow a lot of our own. Even Detroit has a monstrous farmers market. But these markets are only up and running from June thru October.

What happens the other 7 months of the year in areas that dont have multiple harvests each season?

How about starting canning co-ops? Beef, pork and chicken co-ops?

The key to victory to me, outside the political arena, is to set up a competing, parallel economy that serves all our daily needs. Food, medicine, banking, education all run by local co-ops.

You cannot force someone to sell their property. These farmers better arm up.

People keep imagining that passive resistance is going to thwart tyranny. That's nonsense. This action won't stop the gov from shutting down farms or doing anything else. They could raid that market with swat teams and label everyone involved right wing extremist domestic terrorists.

The people doing this shit have names and places they sleep at night. And they'll keep their boot on your neck until dragged from their bed and punished. The only way to fight back against terror is with more terror.

Our government has been targeting Amish farmers too. So the meat/poultry farms and processing plants that aren’t already feeding GMO grains or additives to the foods are on the government radar. They will sue the alternative farmers into oblivion. There is a huge difference in the taste of grass fed/grass finished beef. It is tastier, leaner and cooks quicker, plus does not have additives and GMO’s, antibiotics. It is more expensive, but less waste.

Showing solidarity with their food. And rightfully so because it isn't the farmers they are doing it for. Their families will starve if the don't.

What we've been doing for a few years now was joining a farm share program, where the group works with local farmers. We get a weekly supply of seasonal veggies, eggs, and beef... if nothing else, it cuts down the amount of grocery shopping needed.

They’ll outlaw these next- then the farmers markets will just go underground and become black markets. When there’s a will, there’s a way. Don’t give in to these totalitarian Nazis hell bent on destroying everything good and decent in your lives.

We need more of this in the West.

I don't understand.....the gov can still "buy" said farmlands--simply take them over and perhaps throw a few pennies to the farmers. Or, is that the fly in the ointment, that there must be agreement from the farmers?

Gotta love it when the goys refuse to be cattle any longer. This is how we win, give them a big middle finger that says fuck you, I’m a human being, and I have only one master, God all mighty. Also sad to say, but why is it always white race communities that rise and refuse to fold to the tiny hats and their puppets. Are other races indoctrinated into being compliant slaves? Maybe this is why the white cultures of the world are targeted?
