Side issue; I worked with a guy from there for a time, and he explained to me how it was in that area of the world. He told me that the big problem is that there are factions whose only interest is in killing people of opposing factions, and so they need iron fisted dictators to keep those groups from killing each other.

So, it's not that he was a "good guy" but was legitimately interested in creating the best circumstances for the largest portion possible.

(The guy described them all as animals, and mentioned a story of someone he knew that went to Saudi Arabia and stole something and got his hand cut off... the guy complained to that coworker how they cut off his hand and how his response was to the effect of "You know what they do if you get caught stealing, why would you even take that risk?")

They also had no slavery. Now it is rampant, and the slaves are even sold to be butchered for meat. Obama and Hillary and the CIA have a lot to answer for. The book "Bought Journalists" explains how the CIA planted the article in a German newspaper that was later taken to congress to get the go ahead to go into Libya and kill him.

I knew all that...and did you know, He abolished the slave bazaar? Where people were sold like junk at a flea market? And...did you know, after the cunt came, saw and he died that they reinstated it again so the DS could go back to trafficking women and children again? This is a perfect example of why you should find out why certain leaders are pushed as being evil by the US and what the real story is. Especially after 911, there was no reason to invade those countries and observe how many cultural landmarks, art and locations were destroyed...let alone the death toll of innocent people. How many times did YOU stop and question the reason we were over there with no adequate answer or reason to be had?
