This all bugs me. But if you read through the lines of all of this he is basically telling us their original plans. Keep us locked down for at least 5 years, cost tens of millions of lives, lost business, crushed economy, etc.
It unfortunately reads to me like a choice between “bad” and “even worse”. He did say it was the hardest decision he’s had to make…

The lady having a seizure (after Bill Gates) was a model in UK. She got the first shot and was fine. She had a modeling job in NYC and had to get second booster to (either fly or enter USA, can’t remember the reason). She never made it to NYC. Shortly after second booster the seizures started. She followed a long journey of doctors and test. Someone had to be with always and she couldn’t take care of herself. It’s tragic to see a normal healthy person decline overnight.
