Last I heard was they motioned for reconsideration.
Last we heard was the Supreme Court said NO, sent the brothers packing. Now the brothers have filed a, basically a reconsider, and that could take about a month.
The attorneys I have spoken to have told me the case is basically DOA.

I sometimes see people pointing out what GEOTUS didn't get done, but considering he was literally immersed in swamp slime at every turn, he was miraculously effective/productive despite their interference.
He would have been better off firing all those swamp turds and just bringing in new blood rather than dealing with all those traitors. I hope he does not make the same mistake again.

How could an election officially be declared "the most secure election in history" when obvious irregularities were witnessed, and affidavits filed to the contrary, without any investigations being conducted to substantiate that declaration?
Look, once the news ca!is it, its over. We can replay the video feed and transcript but there isn't time to look much deeper. CNN And msnbc called it, NBC verified and agreed. Abc, CBS and fox triple checked and that's it folks. Moving on. The government confirmed that the official sanctioned news got it right. How many times do we need to check? Surely it would be evident if there was wide spread cheating but nobody came forward to any of the official news media and since they already called it, well, they can't really take it back. Next time it will prolly swing the other way. Most of the left will likely be gone suddenly before the next time.

Yes, and while we are at it, where the hell did all that money go that was raised by the RNC to help fund the legal expenses of fighting these cases for Trump and the other candidates that had their offices stolen? Many of the attorneys that were involved never got paid and others could not proceed because they lacked funding. Millions were raised by the people and the money never went where is was supposed to go. I am sure most of it went into Mitch's war machine to defeat American First and MAGA candidates in these last midterms. Lesson learned - never give money to the RNC. If you are going to support a candidate, give the money directly to their campaign. If you are going to support a legal cause, give it directly to the legal entity handling the case.
