Correct. Hunter's Metabiota partly funded Black & Veatch, B&V won a contract (381k) from the US DoD (amongst many such awards) to research "Covid19" in the Oct of 2019.
Now if Metabiota had the ability to charge money for tracking viruses WW, and pitch this to Gov's along with insurance co's, what would stop these people from designing and unleashing certain viruses on Countries, then step in to help, all for a fee of course!
In Ukraine, small groups of locals were dying with all sorts of weird and bizarre viruses, it's theorised that these biolabs were experimenting on local Ukrainians with bio weapons. The ultimate aim was to genetically target a specific group of Russian genes, and use different delivery methods of these viruses via migrating wildfowl and others to target those inside Russia.
Partly the reason Putin went into Ukraine when he did.
Of course Covid19 was advantageous to the DNC/Dems/DS in the Nov 2020 Presidential election because it allowed mail in voting on a massive scale! However the turnout for President Trump in that election was far larger than they thought it would be, hence the massive inconsistency's. Nobody believes that Biden gained about 16 million more votes than Obama did in his second term, Biden averaged 11 people at his few rally's leading up to election day. They couldn't allow President Trump a second term, and done everything to stop it.
It also trashed the Trump economy, voided the China/USA trade deal and other such things.

The other significant element to happen on this day, Jan 15th 2020, the first person supposedly carrying the "virus" entered the USA at Tacoma airport, Washington State, and put the wheels in motion for "mail in ballots" in the Nov 2020.
We know some of this was all preplanned, because in the April of 2020 before any talk of locking the country down, the USPS quietly changed its protocol on the handling of the scanned data from every item that passed through its system. After the so called "Anthrax" attacks, the USPS bought in the protocol of holding the scanned data for 6 years in case it was need for any investigation. In the April 2020 the USPS changed this protocol to 30 days. Then 30 days AFTER the Nov Presidential election, the USPS quietly changed it back to 6 years! It couldn't be caught with the election data now could it. Another large State spent lots of money on mechanised "envelope stuffing" machines in the March of 2020, again well before any lock down talk, they knew what they needed before it happened!
IMO the virus labelled SARS - COV - 2 was first engineered at Baric's lab, UNC Chapel Hill, Fort Deterick and used to bring in mail in voting, trash the economy and destroy countries from within. It was released in China at the Wuhan military games, and Northern Italy a short while after (remember the local Mayor in Northern Italy who held a "hug a Chinese person" week). The BSL4 lab at Wuhan was the perfect cover and an easy way to blame them for it all.

That's also the same time that Harvard Professor was arrested for smuggling vials of some substance into China. His Chinese co-conspirators were also arrested / indicted.
And those vials probably came from UNC in Chapel Hill where early research was done until it was outlawed. I visited some of those labs in the 70s, and I couldn't tell what was going on even back then. I do remember they were dreary back then with rows and rows of counters with stuff going on.

Not trying to imply that you're wrong, but if Russia had discovered that for whatever, covid was for some reason engineered to go after Russian genes, they would have gone to the UN, blasting that information everywhere. Then after probably getting ignored, because Russian man bad, they may have just gone after the labs anyway. Invade the labs, arrest all personnel, then destroy all "specimens" with plasma.
They have presented it to the UN with documents and evidence, they wouldn't entertain it.

Well, it is true that the current media spews nothing but propaganda controlled by the DS/cabal, and censors anything that might contradict that propaganda... but I doubt that is ever going to change in any meaningful way.
The true problem is all the people that currently worship credentialism. These are the sheeple, desperate to be told what to think and what to do. They do not think for themselves (maybe they literally can't - I am not sure).
I guess the only solution is to have media that provide useful info to the sheeple... Citizen journalists might be one way to do that, but any form of media will always be vulnerable to being taken over as a means to control the sheeple.
The only real solution is for the sheeple to start thinking for themselves, but I don't know if that is even possible.
