Yea. I call BS on that nonsense. I was a Crew Chief in the Air Force. I did plenty of Presidential support missions. In all those years. I don't recall one of those planes ever breaking down. Now the C-130's I worked on that were hauling the secret service around, one of those would occasionally have an issue, but it would be quickly remedied one way or another.
