Saw a clip of them "indoors" yesterday with the same thing. They were preparing for a presser, photo-shoot or something, as they walked to the center of the screen shot, Zelenskyy points out the spot on the floor for Biden to stand on.

Was just discussing almost all of this last night with the wife. Thanks for this to confirm our discussion. Who really knows?
A relative was involved in a lot of tech projects, some in Dubai in his later years. He discussed ET extensively. He also mentioned about many years ago most of what is contained in this post you linked.
That people would also be hired on 'tours' underground and there was no outside communication. These tours might be short, or multi-year contracts. Those contracts weren't legal above ground, but if you wanted payment you followed it and there is no leaving. Everything was compartmentalized, and the 'real' research was done by lifers. People who literally left the surface for good, or were never on it.
The facility he was aware of was tiered as well. The lower you went the more 'advanced' and illegal the research.
It was just a single conversation on that topic and he's dead now. To be fair, I was skeptical of most everything he said. However, he kept getting large contracts for crazy tech. I won't mention the tech because it would be easy to back trace.
I have known about some of this stuff and only about half believe any of it. But that thread with that poster, I don't know but it seems fairly legit. Crazy stuff. It does line up with the 2030 stuff and we really are in a bad place. We better get on the ball...

What a theater
Can't find the link on such short notice, but a number of months ago I saw a report from Ukraine where people were acting like war-torn refugees in the Ukraine train station with cameras and other reporters filming them and asking questions. Meanwhile, everyone else around was acting like nothing was wrong and going about their business.
Me thinks Ukraine is intentionally acting like the war is much worse than it is for the sole purpose of milking as much money and military resources as possible out of the situation while they bomb their own people into oblivion.
I've noticed Ukranian Etsy shops have been shipping no problem the entire time. New reviews showing up all the time like normal. Some war.
Did you read that one comment that said president's cars have sirens so the people know to protect him? oh my. Twisted logic.
A Brit went there last year. Went in no problem, stayed in a hotel/hostel. Went out each day filming. Said it looked like movie sets had been put in place for the world's media to film.
This reminds me of the many times Jesus said, 'actors on the stage of life, playing the part of which they are not.'
