Hail is pretty common outside of L.A. basin in southern California. It is just that it is rare within the L.A. basin as precipitation tends to happen around higher elevated terrain surrounding the L.A. basin.
Me too, I was like...wait..I grew up in Ontario...that doesn't sound right...lol (quick fact: Ontario, CA was eventually founded by a couple of engineer brothers from Canada. I guess they got tired of the snow.)
Long Beach here.
Received a Blizzard warning lol. Other than that just the nightly rain. Nothing serious. Maybe some winds, but we already have strong winds by the beach. Though I'm out in the San Bernardino County often and it was raining quite a bit there.
Well, either Gates sneaked around and did his space launch of reflective materials to deflect the sun away from us, OR maybe God has a sense of humor and this is His way of telling us who really is in control. 😍.
I live in the suburbs of LA and I received the following Emergency Alert on my phone at 2:17 PM today...
National Weather Service: A FLASH FLOOD WARNING is in effect for this area until 10:00 PM PST. This is a dangerous and life-threatening situation. Do Not attempt to travel unless you are fleeing an area subject to flooding or under an evacuation order.
Hey NWS, fuck you, I'll do what I want when I want. I'm going to the market right now. Suck it!
I live in San Diego and have lived in so cal my whole life. The weather reporting/ forecast is much more dramatic than what actually happens. The “storm” today were just scattered showers. These tornado warnings were more north, but just setting the premise that at least in CA forecast is much more dramatic than ever comes. I should know, rain is my fave weather and I am let down every storm we have.
Why is nobody talking about the weather weapons they're using? Can we figure out why they are attacking California with it? Anybody have any theories? Let's start listing them in this thread.
SNOW TORNADOS !!! Yippee!!
Beat me to it...
Sauce?

I just texted someone who lives in LA. Asked how their weather is right now. They said, "Just a nice rain."
I wonder what is in store for them later today...
Update at 9:00 pm EST - Flights were cancelled out of Burbank for Saturday morning due to 'weather'.
I lived in Burbank for about 10 years and they do get frost nearly every winter morning.
Do they not know what salt is?!?
Salty Liberal Tears???
Yeah, they have no aqueducts to save the water either. It’s a feature.
We got snow a couple of times growing up in Ontario! It usually melted pretty fast!
😂. For a second there I thought you meant Ontario, Canada. My bad.

kek!!
Nah! I've never been there!
They've cranked HAARP into hyperdrive.
HAARP is finished with Turkey and onto other locations:

Lightning before earthquake?
Nope
Those are modern transformers blowing off 1 by 1
Before the earthquake?
No When the ground shakes the Power Pole shakes transformer blows
https://youtu.be/1zjhImdKDqM
These lights happened BEFORE the earthquake, not during.
I don't care tremors from pre quake shakes would easily blow transformers
Those are transformers located on poles blowing. Ask any lineman
What about the red swirled cloud before the earthquake and removing ambassadors from Turkey 24 hours before the earthquake?
To the down voter. Do you have a better explaination? Do tell.

I live in Ventura county and got the same ebs message!
In the 1970’s my mother had to turn around because the grapevine was closed due to snowpack just like it is today. Twice now in 50 years.
They say a bad storm hits a region about once every 50 years...
It sounds like they are expecting really bad weather soon.

I'm not sure any Southern Californian would consider lots of rain an "attack", rather a blessing.

Ever read "Control of Nature" by John McPhee? Mudslides outside of LA are an established risk....
Snowed 2 days in a row here in Redlands
