Got shares, if we have lost 17 billion, perhaps there should be a class action suit against the SEC, and they should have to cough up our losses and distribute it back to the shareholders.
The SEC has an almost identical control structure as The Fed, which is not surprising since the person who wrote the bill to create the SEC was also the person who wrote the Federal Reserve Act (Carter Glass). The SEC is thus privately controlled.
However, it is funded by the government AKA the taxpayer AKA you and me. "Suing the SEC" would be stealing from Mary to pay Paul so he can give some money to Peter, none of whom are complicit in the actual crime.
I see a huge lawsuit for investors like us if they do not move this forward. We need to sue the SEC and those there personally who have stonewalling this.
Hard to think DWAC will go through. Theyve broken the law in every other relm. Stonewalling a stock merger is small potatoes compared to stealing a country and taking the world to ww3.
Ditto.
I bought very high and keep buying a little at a time to bring the overall cost down.
Ready for the rocket to the moon with DWAC and GME and even some AMC.
I am in this member class. This is a ray of hopium in an otherwise dark and cloudy environment. Here's praying and hoping the merger goes through, President Trump takes the wheel and happy days are (at least for a discernable stretch, please) here again!
I managed to get my per-share cost down from $88 (yeah - got in late) down to a hair over $50. Would love to see it hit the moon! Would love even more to see PDJT at the helm, righting this sinking ship.

Yes!
I am in for the class action.
Where do I sign up?
They better let the fucking merger happen.

Fuck yeah!
Where’s my 17 billions!
I could use that. Got 40 shares. That’s got to worth at least a billion.
That breaks down to 35x the current value. Congrats on your 35x return.
They just need the military to step in and make arrests in the next 3 months to get this thing through in time.
That'd be about 2M coming my way.
I'd like to recoup my losses on 280 shares...bring it on!

Yep, I want to buy more DWAC tomorrow🐸
The price dropped below $15 today. I got excited, because it gives me more time to buy more.
All this stalling is making my future self richer.
placed an order for 40 more shares. price is looking super good right now. But better get your physical shiny as well.

1000 shares (X) x (Y) damages = ? ($)
When you calculate naked shorts it's at least 17x more than that.
