Not only does it not benefit us, but it puts us at greater risk of being casualties of nuclear war.
It doesn't really benefit the Ukrainians either. It goes straight to the military industrial complex or is laundered back to corrupt politicians in the US. If Trump was in charge, the war would never have happened at all which would have been better for everyone. But they need a narrative to keep people occupied so they don't start rebelling due to slowly being killed off by the global deep state. Economic destruction and death shots being two examples of the methods used. My new favourite up-and-coming one is "15 minute cities" which will inevitably turn out to be "15 minute ghettos" or "15 minute city cell blocks".

Their country is already destroyed, and it's going to get 10x worse. Millions displaced, hundreds of thousands dead. Cities destroyed. Economy in shreds. All for the "freedom" to join NATO, which Russia was never going to allow to happen, as they've been saying since the 90s.
We have a perfect example of what happens when a war like this is lost by the US puppet wanting to join NATO: Georgia in 2008. Georgia is a peaceful country with a growing GDP, pretty much free of Russian meddling, because Russia doesn't fucking care about what sort of corrupt idiots anyone wants to elect as long as they want trade and graft instead of NATO.
The only Ukrainians who would have lost had Ukraine surrendered are the functionaries of the Zelensky regime. And also the coked-up muppet with delusions of grandeur himself.
But having the regime lose is not the same thing as having your country destroyed
And after the debacle in Afghanistan where Joe & the corrupt generals left 80 billion on the ground in hi-tech weapons, uniforms, Humvees, night vision goggles (proprietary), Jeeps, AR-15s, ammunition and pallets of stacked cash, we then sent a good deal of our military equipment, supplies and cash to Ukraine, our oil reserves have been given away and our country is now stripped of protection and vulnerable to invasion.
This is Treason.
Imagine if we hadn't damaged the minds and bodies of our vets in the first place and avoided conflicts where this Country was in no danger.
It's stupid too. This isn't even a war for the future either. Russia and China are essentially the U.S. of their regions. They have large land masses and large populations with a good amount of resources at their disposal, and they are across vast distances of ocean.
Waging any form of traditional warfare (read: non nuclear) is almost entirely non feasible in today's age.
Economical and scientific warfare (e.g. infiltrating an opposing country and causing them to give almost a quarter of a trillion dollars, or maintaining greater scientific advancements than your opposing nations) are the ways to win, as you create unrest just by sitting back.
It's highly detrimental to the US. Funds are being laundered back to traitors in the US, and also used to promote global totalitarianism.
Remember, the deadline to send your money to Ukraine this year is April 18 or you can file an extension.

The vets in this country are treated to disdain and death from the VA's mandatory "vax". How many of you know of these cases? I would like to see a list, because to me, this was murder.

I should have clarified it better. Our government will spend billions on wars and vaXXXines to kill people when help is so desperately needed in some areas that are failing here at home
