Cut out vegetables and eat lots of ruminate meat. 1lb per 100lbs of body weight per day. Meat w/ saturated fat should be your main eating goal in the day. Add in fruit, raw dairy and honey. You will be at peak physical performance.
3-5am? No. Most everything else is great except there’s no evidence walking barefoot on the ground does anything for you. Just saying it “grounds” you is pretty lazy.
I have looked it up. I found that it actually drains you of energy which is why soldiers slept on rubber mats in WWI. But I doubt either of our sources are peer reviewed.

All "meat is bad" propaganda stems from sugar companies bribing the AMA and Congress to say saturated (animal) fat is bad for you.
Compare the physique of Ben Franklin to any of the other founding fathers. It's well known that Ben was a vegetarian.
I understand if your fondness for animals is enough to overcome base needs. But you shouldn't automatically expect it from everyone.
