I agree wholeheartedly with the dismantle part, but over the years, I have come to the conclusion that one of our biggest problems are local police departments. Their job is basically to steal extra tax revenue and harass citizens. Occasionally they will try and solve a murder, but 98% of murders go unsolved in this country. What good do they really do. AAAAAAND...they are unConstitutional...the only law enforcement we should be supporting with our dollar and our vote is the Constitutionally elected local Sheriff. So, I say don't rebuild...just get rid of. We need to disarm cops and arm law abiding citizens. An armed society is a polite society...
