Yes, but the question is, what's going to be done about it?
A million gun owners could march down to Olympia right now and petition on the steps of the Capitol and the crooks in charge would still pass it, and then probably attempt to get many people arrested for threatening democracy. Since we know that's now how it works in this godforsaken wasteland of a country. Then you'd end up with a felony charge for threatening an elected official and have to spend countless thousands of dollars getting your charges thrown out by a court, also in hopes that your judge isn't a far-left anti-gun activist.
Or you could just challenge it in literally any court and have it struck down. As is always done.

The hidden gem is that those fuckers that voted this in can't hide nor deny their involvement in treasonous activities. They took a fucking oath, they did not keep it and actually went full tyranny.
