Since the whole Q operation is about saving humanity and destroying the cabal, why wouldn't it be referring to the Matthew 5:5 passage "Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the Earth"?
Last I knew the consensus was it was referring to Military slang that would mean something along the lines of “I read you loud and clear” when translated to civilian speak.

5:5= understood loud and clear. The 5:5 with the "y" at the end could mean 5 year. WHO knows?
