...yes - the precedent has been established
But, but....the statute of limitations is up and the Left holds fast to the rule of law, as we all know.
Actually the statute of limitations is a pretty strong hint that Bragg is going to charge something that was done long after 2016, or for which there is no statute of limitation. He knows about the SoL - why he would bring an indictment that he knows won’t make it past the courtroom door?
This is the right answer. He cannot because its long past, Nov 13 1998. Also the rules are different, as no one wants to be Arkancided.
Amen!
"Reee Trump wasn't indicted for the hush money, ree he was indicted for falsifying papers"
Some bitch like Destiny on Bitchcast.
Chessmate libtards 😎
I can't tell if you're being ironic or not.
My irony and sarcasm detectors are on the fritz.
By association that $850,000 was also election funding for the Clinton image to benefit Hillary’s candidacy and campaign.
The gate has been finally opened and it took the sacrifice of our great president to do it. DJT is always 9 steps ahead. From all my research and patriot meetups with lawyers and friends with connections, Trump purposely created a scenario to get “caught”, so the real work can begin. People seem to forget President Trump is an accomplished traditional actor and grand master strategist. He promised destroying the swamp, it just took a few years. No living man is on his level…NOBODY. Blessings from a patriot Granny.
Here's the interesting thing- It's been a theory amongst many dems that the entire reason Trump ran for President in the first place was to avoid being indicted on some charges or other (I forget what, exactly).
I remember the statute of limitations being brought up during these discussions, and that there was a way that the DA could pause the time. I believe it had something to do with how long the defendant was out of the state.
When I get a chance I'll look around to see if I can find those old articles.
Please note: don't shoot the messenger. Just because I point this stuff out doesn't mean I agree with them.
I say hang them high in the court system.
No. Because the tin pot commie democrats will not enforce the law against a fellow democrat, and the pussy "republican" party [establishment] frauds will not enforce the law against their democrat swamp allies either. That effectively leaves nobody to justly enforce the laws of our land, just like it has been ever since skullz&bonez nazi Bush Sr. took office.
Never forget when it comes time to vote- The republican party is ULTIMATELY to blame for everything that both the democrat party, and republican party has done to our nation and society.
When they have the power to stop the radical left they always fail to do so when it really matters. And when they don't have the power, they just use that ("but we just couldn't stop them") as an excuse that conservative voters always fall for.
They are the real problem that needs fixing, before we ever stand a chance at stopping the radical left. The party must be destroyed at its core- no matter the cost.
Will Congress be indicted for having an actual fund for pay-offs?
How about every member of both the house and senate that have paid into the hush money account kept there?
The payment is legal, both for Trump and Clinton, so the answer to the title question is “No”.
We don’t know what is alleged in the indictment because it is still sealed, we just have the “informed sources” reports in the press. If they are to believed, Trump will be charged with falsifying business documents, a crime under New York State law.
No as he was not a candidate at the time.
He was a sitting US President when he paid her off in 98. Retarded cuck.
ok HANDSHAKE.
Are you actually retarded or do you just not know the timeline and you think you do?
