I’m not celebrating it. But I’m sure as hell not gonna cry over something I spent my breath talking and warning folks about. Only to get that conspiracy theorist label stuck on anything I mention. At this point I don’t even give a fk anymore. Just getting ready to weather this storm. Because so far we only have gotten the wall cloud. The eye is yet to make landfall, you catch my drift?
A little sympathy for these poor fucks who were lied to by every adult in their life -including their parents- would go a long way.
It’s important to understand that the federal government intervened with Govt guaranteed loans and then the despicable higher education machine started working round the clock
This, wife and I got our masters degrees, yet working in public service (therapy/social work) we don’t make much. Waiting to have kids and almost couldn’t. Just bought our first home last year, we’re turning 40 this year and feel like we’re at the stage in life our parents were at in their early 20s.
Having been a low wage earner, but having owned a house then lived in condos afterwards, I learned to manage money well and that is more important to some extent than earnings. Paid the starter home off in 16 years then paid cash as I moved after that. Now I own nothing having moved and built abroad, but forced back to USA due to covid plandemic. Now houses are crazy priced. 500K for a house older than I am @ 64 so we now rent.
I'm that mom....been there, done that and regret pushing for the highest degree possible. However, it couldn't have happened if Sallie Mae hadn't 'mistakenly' (their words) provided loan after loan without a co-signer. He will never be debt free.
Part of the problem is people go to school for fields there's little work in OR they have no talent in... Ether way big debt to pay off with an unexpectedly low wage job. Trade School is the best option if you have aptitude for the trade.
And all the utterly worthless degrees that fostered.
I have no sympathy for people who cant pay their loans, who cant even provide for themselves, with womens studies, social construct, minority studies degrees. No sympathy whatsoever. These degrees provide no benefit to mankind and have devalued real skills to the point that honest tradesmen can no longer afford to grow a family without their spouse working, probably with their own useless degree in hand. We have prioritized deconstruction over construction.
Buying a house requires sacrifice. Something most people are completely unfamiliar with until they find the necessity. Having kids, wanting to protect them from the crazies that live around your apartment, tends to introduce people to necessity.
I’ve now purchased three houses. Each one more difficult than the last. It’s hard, but possible with sacrifice.
A worldwide phenomenon is people who have just given up on achieving anything in their lives. They do the minimum to scrape by and that's it. In China they call it laying flat.
What happened to the adults are finally in charge again? What happened to now we can heal the nation after Trump? 🤣🤣🤣

Student loans...
A double fisted crap ton of idiots with no reason to be going to college is what helped make that mess.
A "college degree" is the new high school diploma.

We're about to awaken from a fallen world that was conquered thousands of years ago. The shit show happening is to subvert that awakening.
what is this "houce" thing I sometimes hear people talk (complain) about? never seen or heard of such a thing...
Tell that to the minorities

We borrowed money to party and got toilet paper degrees in communication now we can't afford houses and have no place to breed more idiots.
big salty tears

The suffrage movement took woman out of the home and put kids into school grooming them to be future commies.

Just looked into that, tang ping. Looks like a natural human reaction to the fake BS thrust on us by government and corporations.
Yes, why try because you never get ahead unless you are rich.
