The key difference between the "OK" gesture and this 666 sign is in the pinky-ring-middle fingers being spaced so it looks like 6s overlapping but purposeful intent of including 3 - 6s
I do that too--in fact, it's easier that way, rather than keeping those three fingers bunched together. Try it yourself.
Yea loosely, its the more purposeful spacing not necessarily like in the Lego ad that's the difference, it is a few degrees beyond natural and comfortable to make it that prominent. Try it yourself.
