Partnered with Woke Molson-Coors in 2021
I mean, they're still privately-owned by the grandson of the German immigrant who started the company.
They made a deal with a Molson in order to expand into the Western market. https://www.yuengling.com/news/yuengling-and-molson-coors-form-joint-venture-to-expand-geographic-footprint-of-yuengling-beers/
And isn't Molson-Coors also owned by AB now?
Really? I haven't looked into their financial background but that's disappointing. Oh well I don't drink Yuengling anyways, if I'm going to drink I typically support local craft brewers. These days I only drink a couple times a month at most though.
I don't know, man. It sounds like a Chinese brand to me. 😄
das rayciss
All marketing is manipulation. Better to ignore it altogether.
And yet I'm hearing this name everywhere since this whole debacle started.
"This year's event is being sponsored by D.G. Yuengling & Son Inc. among others."

Stop drinking corporate poison and start drinking tap water.
Tap water? That’s probably more contaminated than the beer. Purified filtered water…yes.
When your drinking beer, the water used is most likely tap water. No one seems to look at this.
Fluoridated tap water calcifies the pineal gland. Just another way to poison us and keep us from uniting against ’them’.
Mine comes from a well.
I wouldn't consider well water "tap water" - I had well water growing up and my teeth are great, fluoride is a scam
You have to test your well water for arsenic and metals.
Fluoride is a poison. Dont believe me, read the warning label on your toothpaste.
My well is limestone, contaminated with arsenic... RO for now, until I can get it relocated.
Tap water? I’d rather drink an IPA
Disappointing. CEO Yuengling is even a Trump supporter.
That's a shame. Too bad they are getting all this publicity and sales from us for manipulating us after the bud debacle to earn money.
I stopped drinking "Diet Coke" six months ago. I doubled up on my beer consumption ! and I feel great !!!
I applaud your decision fren, Coke is shit ( slightly modified slogan )username checks out
And when I used to drink, this was one of my go to beers. Glad to see they support America.
EDIT: Comments down below making me think they dont support America...
They just opened up a new brewery in my hometown Kansas City, the timing is pretty impeccable
What if the woke VP over Anheuser Busch is just an employee of Yuengling that they planted there to ruin Budweiser? dun dun dun!
they're likely not any better
Yuengling ...that old English or something? Looks like a Chinese surname
Is it any good? Lotta quality beer in Michigan, let alone the whole USA.
Sounds Chinese
This beer has an unfortunate name. Until recently I thought it was a Chinese beer because of the name and apparently it’s a common issue. Yueng + Ling sounds about as Chinese as you can get, I never assumed it was America’s oldest beer and that the name is poorly Anglicized German.
OK it makes sense now. Although in German it is spelled Jüngling or Juengling, meaning youngster.
Not in NH. I guess I won’t buy it. 🤷♂️
