Hi all. I am hoping for some prayers from you since most of my circle is asleep.
It might seem like a silly prayer, but I am feeling desperate to move back home before this “incoming housing crash”. We are listing our house this weekend and I am just praying that it gets sold swiftly so that we can move back home. Hearing that this housing crash is approaching and now Bidens new rule is likely going to impact the market and will go into effect May 1. It’s making me anxious.
I feel that God’s hand is already in this, though I still feel anxious about getting this moving because I want to be by my family. Please pray that we can get home and sell our current house quickly. Thank you in advance friends.
There are no silly prayers. The Lord loves it when we trust Him with everything. Be assured that He sees the situation, He hears your prayers and He will look after it according to His will. God bless you.

God's timing and plans may not align with ours but know that they will be better than what we can hope for. We tried to sell years ago and not one showing. It was so discouraging. What I didn't realize was that a new law on capital gains tax was going into effect on July 1st. We relisted and the first person that came after the 1st bought it. We were under the tax limit and didn't owe a dime! God is so good! I pray that you have peace and assurance that God loves you and will answer even the silliest prayers. He just wants us to have faith in him that he will provide. Hope you have safe and easy transition and only get the best possible neighbors!

As one anon has already said, there are no silly prayers. I feel for you as my husband and I had ours listed in January only to be left standing with no buyer at closing. We closed today with another couple and I pray they will be happy there. It’s a huge weight to carry and I too spent many a sleepless night with worry. I knew the crash was coming and we prayed. If your trust is in Him, you will surely be selling soon. I will be praying for you daily. Hold onto your faith. It absolutely does get you through anything.

In Northern VA home are selling pretty quick, my brother as been looking and everything goes fast and is over priced. We are in week 6 of his search and still searching, this has not slowed down the housing market. Most of our properties priced properly sell in 2 to 3 weeks, so prayers for a quick contract and settlement and please pray I find something for my brother this weekend. You got this 🙏🙏😊

my family is experiencing some health effects.... they are all vaxxed.
part of my hesitancy to post is because I haven't done much to wake them up. they're so far gone, and I haven't felt like arguing. I just get to witness it. Maybe I can get them to take some horse paste, but in the mean time I would hugely appreciate the prayers.

There is a seemingly silly thing people do who need to sell a house quickly - bury a statue of St. Joseph upside down outside the house. When an offer is accepted, retrieve the statue.
I did this once and sold the house in a week for full price. Don't know how things would've turned out without the statue.

Hahaha!! Unfortunately, back to a blue state. But a red area!! By the grace of God, we found a place. My new neighbors have a “let’s go Brandon” flag hanging at their house. I can’t wait to meet them. We’ve been enjoying the Florida freedom, but God is calling us back to my family.

Dear Father in Heaven, please help this Lady and her family sell their house so that they can reside alongside of their family back home. Give them a buyer that will love their house and have cash money ready to seal the deal. We know you already know who, how and when this is going to happen, so we pray that it will be in their timeline before the May first deal of Biden's goes into effect. Bless this Lady and her family Lord so that they will get to go back home with all this bad stuff going on. Family needs to stick together and help each other.
