Boycott? Just quit looking at that garbage.
I wasted the better part of 40 years and now I thoroughly enjoy my Sundays and evenings doing far more interesting things. What a blessing it’s been to no longer care about some rich guy’s business
I was never a fan of sports ball, as a kid with poor eyesight, I was last in line to be picked for a team. After that I just concentrated on how to get laid, and had moderate luck there. Kek!

BREAD AND 🎪 WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT MAKING 15 dollars an hour then sit and watch people making millions if not billions playing a stupid fucking game WAKE UP
Exactly! BTW, I collect my retirement SS and also work @ 15 bucks an hour Kek!
It was astonishing to see the difference in a sports ball broadcast during the 2020 election vs. now. No kneeling. One anthem. No tributes to George Floyd. No woke stuff on the uniforms. It was like BLM never happened.
I'm still boycotting and enjoying being away from it. But I guess most others went back.
adjust for inflation.. but it's still not enough. then again can we even trust the figures?
5 billion in one year? That's some serious fraud.
Sports leagues don't need you.
Television broadcast rights fees are so overinflated, they can end up billions in the black without selling a single ticket or a single piece of merchandise.
It's the normies that keep watching. We need to reach them.
Yeah, I know what you are saying.... In the Philippines they like basketball and have a pro league, but the people in the almost empty stands are mostly friends and family.
As of 2022–23, the PBA earned ₱200 million (3.57m dollars) in net revenue and had an average television audience of 4 million per game. They have 12 teams...
I can't boycott any harder, I've never watched NFL or NBA, UFC and drag (cars, lol) racing for me.
LOL yeah, individual sports are better.
Circuses for the WEAK. The weak among us can't confront reality of what's happening and they need to escape...at least that's what people still watching this bs have told me.
They just CAN'T give it up. Either because of the religious aspect of it (very much akin to religion with these people), family tradition and they're stuck participating because family/friends gather around the sportsball shindig or they're just not able to come up with anything else on God's green earth to do with their time.
My take is...if it's on TV, it's shit. From "programs to products" and everything in between. It's not for me and my kin. It's like food coupons. Good food ir food you should be eating, never has a coupon and hardly ever goes on sale.
Yeah, good take. I don't watch TV at all and haven't for decades. I'm a documentary junky though.
True that re: coupons too!
I'm from Texas where football is a huge part of our culture and I dropped the NFL the moment they supported & then coordinated & celebrated the destruction of the traditions that our flag and our national anthem represent. Any of you still supporting them are an embarrassment to me even if you're a frog.
Yup!, people need to vote with their dollars and their attention span.
