Kash Patel (@Kash)
Are there any State AGs or DAs that are willing to prosecute Hunter Biden/family for the crimes they have committed in their red state? They do it to @realDonaldTrump, why are yall so afraid to act? You got 24 hours to get moving, then im naming names righ...
Military is the only way, but they also need people to wake up, and thats our job.
We've been under a COG since 2017. That has nothing to do with people waking up.
My understanding is that weve been under COG since 9/11.
I haven't read that. I know that there are 41 National Emergencies still active, including the 9/11 emergencies.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_national_emergencies_in_the_United_States
But Federal Continuity Directive 1, placing the US under a COG, was signed Jan 17, 2017 (I misquoted that above) and Federal Continuity Directive 2, replacing FCD 1, was signed June 13, 2017.
Hi,
FCD 1 was signed under Obama. It doesn't place us under a COG. Neither does FCD 2 which came under Trump.
If you look into this, you see that these are just updates of COG plans. This happens about once a decade. There's no evidence the plan was put into action.
This is simple contingency planning.
Thanks for your polite response. I agree with you that these two documents don't comprise the whole continuity plan and don't explain how the military is in control, or how the government is under a COG. They are a part of the picture. They have to be read within context of Laws and Orders, UCMJ, Military Justice Act, Executive Orders, National Emergencies, Law of War Manual, etc. Have a great day!
You're quite welcome.
I did look into this recently. Someone posted a video of someone talking about all these. Derek Johnson, that's who is in the video.
You can read my full comments at the link below I remain highly dubious of this.

A taste: Bottom line: I don't think understands these laws, directives and orders
He said the US Supreme Court said military laws supersede all civil laws.
Um what? Was he really in the military? First off the Universal Code of Military Justice is a civilian law. He just told us it passed as part of a military authorization act. It's part of the US code. https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?path=/prelim@title10/subtitleA/part2/chapter47&edition=prelim
Secondly of the key pieces of the Universal Code of Military Justice is Article 2 Article 2 says who is subject to the military law. I am not. Almost all civilians are not. The people subject to the UCMJ is spelled out here. I'm no lawyer, but he is way off base here https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/10/802
Uniform*
It's Uniform Code of Military Justice.
The military is as corrupted as congress, maybe worse all invested in the military industrial complex.
Not "maybe worse." Definitively worse. One of these days the MIC is gonna kill us all in pursuit of profit.
I sure hope you aren't counting on today's military to do the job.
Anyone on here saying Kash Patel is powerless is a fukkin idiot. That is all.
Kash is very smart, as to what he has the power to do is questionable, but if anyone can figure a way Kash will do it, he is a patriot.
The shill game you are playing has caught my attention. Been here almost a year with a point total of a couple hundred. Suddenly, many concern troll, voice of reason posts that place doubt on Patriots, Trump, Q and the plan every day. Your game is demoralizing Patriots while trying to remain above the fray. But you are caught.
What power does Kash have?
I've been pointing out things that are true.
If I get that wrong, you're welcome anytime to correct me.
Kash, unless this is like Death Note where your TS account has the magic power to kill anyone you name on it it isn't going to matter, this DOJ is biased and isn't prosecuting crimes committed by certain people.
State AGs don't work for the DOJ.
Do you think there is any meaningful difference if we're talking about places where Hunter or Joe resided like Delaware, DC, or California? If anything the State and local ones are even more unhinged leftists ala New York and NYC.
Since I live in a state and county with no liberal AG or commonweath's attorney, your point is meaningless. These don't need to be states where either of them have ever lived. Aside from that, the DOJ has no actual control over state or local prosecutors.
What jurisdiction do you think your State's Attorney General has over events that did not occur in your State involving people that didn't reside it in?
Kash is talking about crimes that occurred in their states. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF THEY LIVE THERE. If you speed in Maryland and you don't live there, do you think you can't be charged with speeding? You obviously are only here to argue, which reeks of troll. I have better things to do.
And if you're selling access to your Vice President father exactly where do you think most of these crimes are occurring? Think the VP is meeting a lot of Hunter's foreign national business partners anywhere but DC or abroad? Think Hunter is making a lot of those phone calls from random States he doesn't live or work in?
This is the problem with these super secret squirrel call outs on social media, I have no idea who he's talking to. How many of these AG's he's calling out even have any idea? The couple I could guess work in blue States so it's not like they're going to jump at the opportunity to prosecute this like the AG of Missouri would.
Care to guess we never heard any real details about any of this again? If you have the details, drop them. They're not going to do the right thing unless you force the issue.
Shun the non-believer in the Trump curse.
For every Alec Baldwin and Lindsay Vonn there is an Adam Schiff or an Alvin Bragg that don't appear to be suffering any curse-like effects.
....yet
They get their campaign finance through the RINO establishment, that is why they won't act. A lot of them who supported Trump have their finger in the wind seeing which way the political winds are blowing and they are throwing Trump under the bus in droves.
Ok 24 hrs later , where's the names?
I don't believe Kash is suicidal. Just sayin'!
Make the threats in private, name the names in public. This looks like more attention grabbing than it does an actual action plan.
I see you got some down votes for your statement. However, I agree with you. This scenario is a little different, he is (I guess) giving them a chance to come forward and will name names if they don't. So maybe slightly different. If he would have put the names in his statement, then he would have maybe forced their hand to do something rather than the way he did it.
Thanks. Downvotes matter not. I like Kash and want to see him take some action that helps - I'm just tired of having empty threats thrown around. If he (Kash) has the receipts - make the calls and THEN name the names that would not help. Why rely on the AGs and DAs to happen across a post on Truth Social?
Just start naming names, action, no more talking.
He's putting it out there, we'll see tomorrow.
I'm sure he has the Best.
Kash is a Patriot.
Yes and no.
But he is an important part to create tension so the enemy makes mistakes.
Kash may be bluffing or he may have the goods. But you never know which is why the game of cat and mouse continues.
