There is no such thing as "impossible to cheat". The true vote count is limited to the number of registered voters, and that's assuming they go 100 percent for your candidate, which they wont. The phony vote is limited to the amount of numbers there are if you keep counting upwards. They have already shown their willingness to put up laughable numbers that have no bearing on reality to protect their candidate.
