That’s a really dumb move on Epps part. Tucker has all of the videos from Jan 6 and can easily reach out to the public for more. People who were there can also act as witnesses.
Sueing Tucker probably isn't that smart, but as far as Fox, they will just roll over like dominion most likely.
Also it opens him up to discovery
Whats he gonna do, sue Congress too? He was brought up in today's questioning, videos shown, and Wray couldnt answer why Epps was not arrested like the other J6 political prisoners.
Lol, is it a 'conspiracy theory' to say what he's shown on video doing? Bunch of clowns.
My take: create lots of drama, but in reality Fox already knows they’ll pay him. In fact I think every major company is trying to lawsuit themselves out of business to make it look like the destruction of our institutions is organic and a failure of capitalism, when it’s actually a planned setup and response. Result: bankrupt America and vacuums of power filled by other countries that can be controlled even more than our dog puke institutions.
Whatever fox pays him will be given to Tucker as he counter-sues!
Yep, I’m thinking very much the same way. Fox knows the ship is sinking. There are actions they can take to make themselves a martyr, rather than the sleazy outfit that fleeced the public.
What a very strange thing to do for so.eone who has provably gotten away with a crime. Also strange for someone who is supposedly conservative and MAGA.
Who is Fox going to fire now? Or is this another lawsuit to send money to the democrats?
Way to get out in front of it, Ray 🙄
So he's going to sue FOX and not FOX and Tucker, because FOX can basically settle and defacto "admit" that he Epps was defamed. They'll probably settle before the first deposition is taken.
This Bullshit is so tiresome.
Discovery should be awesome
I’d like to hear his explanation of what he was doing that day.
Bring on Discovery, bitch.
