Hey there buddy...you know I agree 100%...boy it sure has cured what ailed you...I haven't been sick since covid...good old ivermectin prophylactically and other great supplements...still taking 120 mg.of melatonin a night...no problem...hope your work is letting you breathe...take care....
Hey there! Yep, I'm plugging along. My overall health has been so much better since I started the IVM. Work is a real slog -- my main client (contract) is a totally woke corporation, but I work remotely, so I'm able to avoid most of the B.S. And, I've still got two dear friends in a nursing home and still living under ridiculous covid restrictions, so that's a bit exhausting. But, I bought my tickets for the entire journey, so I'm in it for the long haul with the rest of us here. :-D

Couple that mellie with high dose niacin and you'll have yourself a health cocktail that will eliminate inflammation throughout the body.
I have high dose niacin...just have to add to regimen...to prevent flush take with cold foods....
Have you looked at MMS at all. It's more amazing than IVM. I am not ill currently of anything, but going to get wife to take it because of reoccurring sinus issue.

I've had gout in my toes for long time to the point that my big toes looked like loggerhead turtle heads, and they are back to normal, no pain at all, and joints recovering movement.

For me, pretty much every single time I take melatonin; sure it helps me all asleep, but almost every time I take it, I bolt awake around 1-3 AM or so, and have a BITCH of a time falling back asleep.
No good at all.... :-(
L-Theanine does what melatonin is SUPPOSED to do, which is get you to sleep and help you STAY that way.....until morning, of course! LOL....

Highly recommend both of these (not simultaneously) esp. over melatonin.
Oh, and with the L-Theanine especially; the recommended dose of like 100-200 mg or so - your average capsule - is WAY too much for me. I usually have a very high tolerance for drugs, supplements, etc. but 100 mg of L-Theanine knocks me OUT.
If you get the bulk powder linked above, you can titrate your dose more carefully and also take small amounts during the day to help with general anxiety, focus, etc.

Thanks...will consider...do some research...surprisingly the high dose neither makes me fall asleep or stay asleep...I have some crazy sleeping habits..but when I sleep it is like I am dead....
With the melatonin? Crazy! And that's the other reason you need to try something else; tolerance.
Anything you take with any sort of regularity, you WILL develop a tolerance to.... it's just a matter of the extent.... Anyway; hope that helps & you decide to try those!

Tea relaxes you but doesn't really have any actual compounds that help you sleep / stay asleep....
Green tea and black tea are the main sources of L-theanine.
120 mg? The proper dose is .03 mg
.03 mg is a per kilogram dosage, not the total number of milligrams in a pill you would swallow. Multiply 0.03 by the number of kilograms of body weight to get the actual dosage.
Ah you need to watch this video...yes I could take up to 180 mg...it is a wonderful antioxidant...I am taking it prophylactically but it has been known to cure cancer...watch the videa...amazing infomation...no side effects at all...

Oh yeah...Duvet Duramectin all the way from Valley Vet...that is all we have ever taken...I buy tons of it...I take it once a week for maintenance and I haven't been sick since covid 2 years ago...but I also kept taking the quercetin/zinc, NAC, and already took D/K from the covid protocol...it really is terrific...

I thought taking so much would be strange but that is not the case...go figure...
