The congressional testimony is very informative, a bit lengthy, but is further evidence, (testimony given under penalty of perjury) to support the claims of its power to heal, reduce pain, and to potentiate other medications.

Here is first product I purchased for topical application. DMSO 3 oz. Roll-on Non-diluted 99.995% (Before use, refer to safety precautions in MMS Health Recovery Guide)
Be aware that when used topically, you must ensure that your skin is clean. DMSO will cause anything on skin to absorb into blood. This is why it potentiates any other thing taken orally or rubbed on skin at same time like CBD oil. In other words, it will make CBD, Turmeric, or MMS much more effective.
Here is what I purchased next, and use when I take orally one teaspoon in 4 oz. of water (or follow protocol from MMS guide linked below). DMSO 8 oz. Glass Bottle Non-diluted 99.995% Pure Low Odor Pharma Grade Liquid Dimethyl Sulfoxide Super High Quality This should be keep out of direct sunlight.
I have taken as much as two-tablespoons every 15 minutes for one hour per the Stroke Protocol in the MMS Health Recovery Guide pg. 227, so don't worry about overdosing.
If you purchase for oral application I would recommend getting only DMSO that comes in glass bottle. Be careful with plastic as DMSO will absorb contaminants if stored in low grade plastic containers. Also do your own research to learn what should not be combined with DMSO. There aren't many things, but you should never follow anyone's advice without researching for yourself.

DMSO cannot be double-blind tested. It leaves a garlic-like aftertaste in your mouth. As a result, it cannot be clinically tested using current protocols.
It can also introduce toxic substances into the body through the skin.
That being said, I have known about it for decades. Just be careful using it.
I use colchicine and a careful diet for my gout.

I have a dog with a sore hip or leg. Anyway it's limping. Have you ever used this on pet. I suppose if a 50-50 mix is rubbed on dog, even if dog licked it, it would not be a discomfort to them.

I bought the roll-on as my first dive into DMSO. The same thing, Topical Use, can be achieved with the bottle DMSO that one can take orally. Look at the MMS Health Recovery Guide protocol for MMS2 which is DMSO/MMS combined.

Also, I did take note of making sure the skin is clean before using the roll-on. So just using soap and water and drying thoroughly before applying the roll-on would be helpful yes? I’ve heard that putting iodine on certain parts of your body is supposed to help as well, but I think the DMSO is was going to work better.

These days I have a tendency to believe that viruses don’t exist. Three months ago for the second time in my life I got shingles. They dissipated slowly after about two months followed by a severe pain and awful swelling in my stomach area. I started the mms two weeks ago. The pain and swelling is completely gone. (Parasites)? This product says CDS • Chlorine Dioxide 3000 ppm. If you click on it and go to that produce page, it says inside CDS - Chlorine Dioxide Solution .3% Aqueous Chlorine Dioxide (3000 ppm)
As I understand it, CDS differs from Chlorine Dioxide in that is does not contain any Sodium Chlorite (NaCl02) component that enters into the intestine and can cause reactions that manifest in a herxheimer reaction in some cases. I am aware that if one takes an amount that does result in herxheimer reaction that one can reduce amount taken, say less than one drop of each, and the reaction would be eliminated until such time as tolerance was acquired or less poison was removed from body.
So if I instead of buying the two components Sodium Chlorite and HCL to make Chlorine Dioxide, I bought the CDS - Chlorine Dioxide Solution .3% Aqueous Chlorine Dioxide (3000 ppm), then all I would have to do it dilute the CDS. As explained here.
10ml of CDS into 1 leter of water, and then a dosage of 100cc from 1 liter bottle.
100cc = .1 liters so that would provide 10 doses in a day. 10 x .1 = 1 liter

FDA protocols require that compounds be double blind tested. Topical application of DMSO causes a distinctive garlic-like taste in the mouths of a significant fraction of test subjects, thus breaking the double-blind protocol. No clinical trials, no approval for human use.
