I'd have to dig it out again, but just be aware this is possibly a red-herring to discredit the years of research that point to WTC7 as being a likely demo.

It appears to be the same building you see on the newscast reporting it's destruction with the building in the background over the reporters shoulder. It is from the back side or opposite view of WTC building 7. Although I can't say I have seen this footage with the sound effects included.
I remember seeing a similar clip showing the flashes in the windows but from a wider angle or perhaps a further distance than this. This maybe digitally zoomed in view of the footage I had seen years ago.
