I grew up in the East Bay in the 80's. It is the most perfect place to live, as far as weather is concerned. The people around there are the problem. 90% of them are too far gone to ever recover. There are about 10% that are great people, but they quickly learn to keep their opinions to themselves. I have several friends that went into law enforcement, while I went into the military. They have all sold their homes in the Bay area and moved to Idaho and S.Carolina. They say that most of the LEO's are conservative, but there is a core power group that are in step with the bullshit. The core power group are promoted even though they were suspected of corrupt behavior that never got adjudicated. It is a tough place to live now. My father is fixing up his house to sell and move out of State to a south east State to get to a more "normal" life. He was born and raised there, but he can't take the insanity any more.

You'd be surprised, the CA housing market hasn't slowed down much.
Easy for us to say. But kalifornia is way beyond the point of "take it back" by peaceful means.
You can literally rob stores, break into vehicles, and beat up on Asian people, and face zero repercussions or even attempts to stop you.
But if you speak about your children you will be punished to the full extent of law.
