Exclusive: Georgia prosecutors have messages showing Trump's team is behind voting system breach | CNN Politics
Atlanta-area prosecutors investigating efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia are in possession of text messages and emails directly connecting members of Donald Trump’s legal team to the early January 2021 voting system breach in Coffee ...
They can say anything and get away with it because the system is completely corrupted.
Yeah so no actual sources, or documents showing the messages. Oh a link to a sister article. I call BS. Typical CNN reporting.
... and then the rest of the article reads like a legal team wanted to oversee the machines, with permission, which they got. Go ahead and call for discovery on this one. Please.
Just saying that auditing voting machines should be a right for all citizens - who audits the machines otherwise? The company itself? Sounds like a conflict of interest that way. A legal team from any stripe of political spectrum, should be allowed to access the machines and see what's gwan. If they do it with a paper trail, all the better.
We'll know this week if this is BS. The grand jury is meeting Tuesday.
Even then, we'll not know until trial because indictments don't include both sides of the story.
The article is about what indictments she will bring.....so we will know soon.
Wait. Georgia is admitting an election systems breach?
Guess I had better read this article better.
Edit.
Wait. Again I am confused. I thought Dani Willis was DA for Fulton County, not Coffee County. Just what is her jurisdictional authority?

This came out last year

What statute did this violate in Fulton County?
The reportienter textng is Willis is pursuing a RICO case using the GA RICO law which is pretty broad and a conspiracy case. I'm not a lawyer, but I suspect that is the basis.
Lawyers who are described as Trump allies told Rolling Stone a lot of folks are getting indicted
RICO.
Info on the breech came out last year

I assume she was already investigating some of the folks involved like Sidney Powell
Local election officials, by law, are bound to keep election machines secure
Probably this part of the GA election code. After this incident they replaced the machines that were copied.

Wow. This movie is getting good!
So Trump's team breeched the voting system, but Biden won? How does that work exactly?
The breech happened after the elections. The Trump team were hoping to find stuff
This will distill out within 24 hrs.
Sorry (not really) I was unable to make it to the end of the article as the "slant" was too steep. But if they did something wrong I suspect even the boss would agree they need to be held accountable... now do Fulton County.
Rudy G and Sidney P probably not sending Christmas cards this year
More details coming out about the expected indictments in GA this week
....
That's a lot of horseshit to sift through.
Which breach is being described here? The one on January 7? What about the "breach" that caused this in the first place?
Unauthorized access... Says who?
"Written invitation" to examine voting systems. Is that what is supposedly unauthorized and caused this "breach"?
In coffee county, Georgia local election officials allowed Sydney Powell and a group of forensics people to access voting machines. They copied all the info. They uploaded it to a website that allowed other people to get this access and download it.
The local election officials did not have authorization to let outside people do this
This came out in 2022
Doesn't that put the local election officials on the hook, not the Trump team?
Sidney Powell was involved.and there's testimony this was discussed in the White House weeks beforehand.
So I think there are going to say this was top down
