So we should just accept and be thankful, that all these mansions and hotels were spared, while the poor populaces homes weren't??

I don't know that I'd call it random. Those Maui properties are crazy expensive, and worth investing in some protection. There are sprinkler and foam systems on the market designed to protect against wildfires. Maybe the pictures you are posting, are just those folks who were prepared.

Look at the trees slightly scorched but still standing. Are the trees less flammable than the houses?
Devil's advicate here- wooden structures vs sap (moisture filled) trees AND localized fire blitz MAY explain it- but, the statistics arent great. The Paradise fires had similar outcomes that dont make sense for a wildfire- I grew up in SoCal and have vivid memories of the Santa Anas wreaking havoc every summer- never like these tho
I dont think this is nonsense- resorts backed by big corps have contruction standards- looking at the massive infrastructure failure, one could easily assume resources were diverted (pre fire) tobbig resorts that generate massive tax revenue- water being shut off? Exposed electrical (old timey) vs underground and NOT shutting off the grid as prevention? The resorts got all the resources
Nothing easier than to give a "heads up" to the favored land owners that they should protectively soak their properties the day before, while the water was still available. It could have been as simple as telephone calls.
Maui is not for a 15 minute city. It's for a massive pedo rape, torture, blood drinking and eating sacrifice island for Globalists. The displaced residents are going to be chucked into a 15 minute city somewhere on the East Coast and then because it's ready made, and there'll be a declared 'Climate Lockdown', half of San Fran will be chucked into it as well.
