Most of the features do look alike, except the ears being blatantly different. The cheeks also appear thinner in the new Fetterman, but that could just be weight loss. I would like to hear the explanation for the ear change though. (both have that pronounced scar/forehead wrinkle line, and the wrinkle lines above the bridge of the nose, but if they are going to do a swap out, why would they not make the ears the same?)
The nose is different. It is longer and bigger.
The eye lids are not visible due to eye-lid droop (ptosis).
The ears are less protruding.
The distance between nose and lips is different.
The mandible jaw is different and not as square.
^^^Gud1's^^^ Beard and stash reversal helps too -- hides imperfections. Not him.
And the glasses hide the eyebrows for comparison
I def thought of this too. This is so not Fetterman. Being from PA, I’ll have to watch for more pictures. This is just getting silly, like we don’t have eyes or something.
Maybe someone should sticky these examples of camera focal length and the effect it has on facial features:

Plausible, but the proof isn't quite there with the tucked in ears versus the protruding ears. Yea, they can PS that too. And they can morph an intelligent and articulate Fetter too, but in the end, we all know he didn't really win the Senate seat. And they'll continue to rub it in our faces thinking we can do nothing about it. Game on.
The one with the glasses has fuller cheeks and the shape of the head is different. The old fetterman looks like he has a skull cap on, he head is much smoother.
I considered weight gain, but the nose and the ears are differently different.
ears for sure.
eyebrows and shape of eyes seem off too.
Let's hear him speak (or try) to be sure. I'm 95% sure this isn't the real him.
Not a Ferengi.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Kekity! 💚
With the Hollywood strike it's the best "scab" they could find on short notice. (Scab https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strikebreaker)
For the different widths of features, it's important to take into consideration the lenticular effect. Most modern selfie-lenses take the ears back a bit, creating narrow heads and create an emphasis on front-facing features. Look at your own overall head dimensions and proportions when you compare it between shots taken on face-facing lenses on cell phones and regular lenses. You'll see the difference.
Prosopagnosia is real.
