Jim Jordan should have given her until Monday to produce documents, just like she gave the 19 defendants limited time to secure an attorney, to appeal to a federal court, etc.
Interesting, he brought up secret service protection and it never dawned on me that Obama and Clinton had the same. I guess treason nullifies that little perk?
IMO she cant turn that stuff over , if she does it will expose her. She has to be a little up tight over this one.
And at 10:01 on Sept 7, 2023 the subpoena's will go out to Fani Willis, et al! If she doesn't comply, she needs to held in contempt of court and perp walked into jail for HER mug shot!
What or who sets the bond for contempt of congress?
Better lawyer-up Fani!
Wait for it...wait for it
I believe it is a request for information. I don't believe it is a subpoena. That would be sent out next and suspect stonewalling will occur. At 10:02 on Sept. 7th, 2023, Jim Jordan should have the subpoena in the envelope ready to be sent out with same day registered delivery.
Jordan's demand letter was by 10:00. That's why I put 10:01 for the subpoena to go out.
Yes.
Good! Let’s see if they comply! (Not holding my breath!)
My guess is ........ stonewalling.
Oct 23, 2023 is the GA court start date.
Very soon. Yay! I am excited to see the evidence come out in court. FINALLY!!!
I don't want to see the indictment thrown out of court for Fanni's misdeeds. Showing evidence in this case makes the Jan 6th indictment also crumble. Dems will not save face. Their politicized doj system is being exposed.
They have no regard for laws and rules. Their attitude is "what you gonna do about it?".
and sadly as things currently stand with a compromised justice system you can understand why.

What, another stern letter?
