There is no way I am going to turn off my TV.
That would mean I had to turn it on first.
Kek! ThankQ for the chuckle fren.๐ธ
What's a tv?
It's something that I don't own.
It was how the population received their news information back in the 2020s. A crude audio/video system using the now-forgotten "LED flat screen" technology.
"TV" was finally retired in 2029 with the introduction of the domestic Hypnobox. Because of its close integration with our social credit and digital currency systems it successfully enforced user consumption of approved health and safety information.
There was a small percentage of Level 666 users who attempted to disrupt the Hypnobox network during the infamous terrorist uprising of Jan 6 2032. Surviving members of the group are due for compassionate review of their sentences in 2045.
The Amish had explained they didn't get the first round of COVID infection because they don't have television.
December 31, 2010 for me.
Top man Uncle! 2017 for us here...and boy does it feel GREAT! Cheers fren.๐ธ
PS Love the Sunday Funnies. ThankQ!
Noice !! 1-7-21 for me.
ELECTION INFECTION!!!!!
I submit that this is not good Branding. Here is why:
First reason I don't like Election Infection is because it tends to legitimize that something IS "Infecting" people. It is giving legs, substance to a biological agent, call it a virus, bioweapon or whatever. Even the sheeple will be able to claim, "See even the anons are acknowledging that there is an infection going around."
So after having legitimized the existence of an INFECTION, the second reason is because by narrowing it to "the biological component" i.e INFECTION, the term is missing the complete operational picture, and creating a brand new term for a sequel event carries forward none of the "golden buzzer" trigger from the first event. This is bad marketing. There is a reason the sequel to JAWS was called JAWS 2. "Just when you though it was safe to go back in the water." brought with it all the terror of the first JAWS.
Round 2 should build on the terror of round 1, not recreate it anew.
(I could give you more explanation as to why I thing this is not good slogan but my spousal unit is fussing at me to do something.)
Feel free to submit your better term to the group when the honeydo list is completed ๐
Well logic would put it that following the JAWS example, we would take the most successful title/themes of the first movie, and make it the title/theme of the sequel with a subtitle adder. "Scamdemic 2" Then as a subtitle, you could use "The Election Infection" This would carry any mindfulness/awareness/push back/anger/resentment that was build up, manifest by first run into the second run.
Scamdemic 2
"The Election Infection"
Or
Scamdemic 2024
"The Election Infection"

I am so happy the term "election infection" caught on.
I heard a coworker, who definitely doesn't visit here, say it in casual conversation, adding that they didn't think people would start noticing how every 4years something happens.
Of all my friends and coworkers I wouldn't have banked on him being the first I heard something like that out of.
Thank each and every one of you for keeping the fight alive.
I purged TV from my life years ago. Life gets better without it.
I wonder how much fear plays a role in getting us sick
I would wager quite a lot. The fear probably wears down the immune system, but I am not a scientist (like Dr. Fauci [ha ha]) so I am not positive this is what happens. But the 24/7 talk of COVID and statistical announcements surely are meant to make people fearful and either take the jab or worry them to the point they end up sick.
We turned ours off and canceled our cable subscription ten years ago.
Bonza! Good for you fren. Do you think it might be why we are all connecting? The spell has been broken...
Cheers, have a great weekend! ๐ธ

Agreed, but itโs really hard (for some reason) for people cut off their addiction to โnewsโ. I think people would rather be misinformed than uninformed.
love it thanks for sharing! and speaking of Pepe, can anyone help me find the Pepe next to Trump mugshot meme? they both have sunglasses...
