I do think that people are slowly waking up to different things.
Last week, I argued with a total leftie about the state of the world. She KNOWS that the media is corrupt and lying to her. She HATES Trump. When I asked her WHY she hates Trump so much if she knows the media is lying to her, her response was “You wouldn’t understand.” I asked her to try me…she’s been silent since. I hope she is pondering that question.
One must learn that it is okay to be wrong sometimes and entirely normal.
So many are so scared of being wrong that they lash out at anyone who challenges them. It ceases to be a different belief and becomes a fear of being wrong, change my mind.
I think I know what it is, and most liberals will never admit it. They talk about dignity of office, while at the same time saying that they champion the blue collar worker.Trump does have money, came from money, but he spent his working career, the building and contracting and development, with working men. He knows that you don't get skyscrapers built with just architects and engineers, he knows the men who pour concrete and work steel, and knows how to talk with them, he was always comfortable with them, and, as I have said before, he is from Queens, he talks like he is from Queens, not trying to impress hoity toitys from the elite. He NEVER kowtowed to them. So people say, "he is rude, he is loud, he is racist" blah blah blah, without listening to him talk, he has never said one racist thing, but he does talk like the common man who has to get up every day and work, no matter what. Trump has never acted like a snob, not once, and they just don't get it, they are so removed from the common man, that they say they champion , so, I will say it, it's a class thing, even though Trump is not a working class person, he is, and they do not trust that. The last Democratic president, who actually connected in that way, like him or not, was Truman. Since then it has been all left leaning rhetoric and condescension from Ivy towered politicians. She doesn't hate Trump, she hates, actually, who he represents, the contractor who is up at 5 on the work site arguing with suppliers and fuck ups.
Then she's not awake. Her cognitive dissonance is still overriding her logic based senses. She may hear the alarm, but she's ignoring it hoping it goes away so she can still sleep blissfully.

That's a great line of thought for his campaign...
Seed planted.
