The start of the disclosure of the Obama "treason" is upon us. 9-6-23, a good day to start, methinks. He probably did not have a properly executed and valid oath, so we prosecute him for fraud [3x actual damages + 200x punitive damages] or military does tribunal (if they currently have Law of War jurisdiction). Either way everything he did was without authority, unconstitutional, and automatically NULL and VOID, ab initio (from the start, January 20, 2009). It all gets undone.
When Trump was interviewed a few years back he said of the proven spying on his campaign, "Treason, it's treason". As we now know, not everything he says is intended for action at the time he says it.
In his own words on the golf course at Mar A Lago in January 2021, "We haven't finished yet", and "We'll do something, just not yet".
Only US citizens can be tried for treason. So his being tried for treason would be a roundabout statement by the government that they believe him to be a US Citizen.
So, if they don't want to have the public believe he is a US Citizen, they'll have to find something else to charge him with. Not that I think that would be a problem if things got to that part. I just felt the need to point out the issue with him being tried for treason. Because libs love to use that argument whenever someone brings up Obama being charged with treason.
This is likely why military has at least partial jurisdiction. Enemy combatants can be citizens or noncitizens, it does not matter. But there is clearly lots of classified evidence of Obama being directly involved in multiple murders or orders for murders. There may be more things to choose from for Obama charges, than for HRC charges, no joke. He never thought he would be held accountable.
Definitely need to be a US citizen for it to be considered treason, but the argument is really about whether he was born as a US citizen or not.
For all intents and purposes he is a US citizen now and has held public office and can be considered as a traitor to the US.
Don't let the left bamboozle everyone with their shaping of the issue, it has always been about Obama having the qualification to hold the presidency due to him being born overseas, not wether he was a US citizen or not.

Bye bye several Supreme Court justices too.

Patriot Act
Wouldn’t that be a beautiful blessing. To get rid of that unconstitutional albatross?
