There’s publicly at least, not much you could make even a feeble case on. At least to my knowledge. He mainly handled Social Media and was an assistant to the chief of staff. Neither of which would likely have resulted in him doing and or making the sorts of actions and decisions that they’d have a snowballs chance in hell of scoring a conviction on.
