The thing that stuck out to me was the huge amount of security surrounding him. He had a phalanx of sheriffs and city cops, then his SS detail was shoulder to shoulder surrounding him. Usually when he passes through a crowd the SS are at arms length to one another, not shoulder to shoulder. Something was odd about the security being so tight. I wonder if they had a credible assassination threat and were on edge.
