I mean. They did just that in 2020. Even if everyone in the country voted for Trump they would claim otherwise. That is the nature of cheating.
I truly believe 2024 election won't happen. Doesn't make sense, with all we know especially, it just cannot happen. Sure 2020 we can now see HAD to happen and how it has to plays out for the plan. Especially looking back at Q posts afterwards, for example Q saying " It had to be this way...Dark to light", now it makes sense to us. But 2024? Nope, cannot happen, precipice will hit by then, they would've awoken the normies by then like they needed to. So I think Flynn and everyone else, especially Trump, talking about 2024, is just keeping up with optics, they know it won't happen, but they go along with it

This is what Trump said would happen, it is the most logical and sound way to go about it without the country collapsing into total chaos. Q said the resulting fallout would be dealt with swiftly.
If they were as secure in their cheating as the doomers declare, why would the death cult be spending so many resources to indict Trump on clearly bullshit charges that wont stick and desperate to get him off the ballot? That doesnt look like a group that is secure in its belief that cheating will be the deciding factor as it was in 2018, 2020, 2022.
Could it be because they understand that the actual vote count will dwarf even 2020, that the WHs will surely use the same means and method as 2020 to stop the electronic cheat, that many counties have quietly fortified voter integrity, that a percentage of the money has been denied to them, that Twitter cant be censored as easily and that the People are sufficiently awakened to the fact and tactics of the cheat?
