"During pregnancy, some baby cells migrate into the mother's bloodstream and then return to the child. It's called "mother-fetal microchimerism". For 41 weeks, the cells mix and circulate back and forth, and, after the baby is born, many of these cells remain in the mother’s body, leaving a permanent imprint in the tissues, bones, brain and skin of the baby to mother, and they often remain there for decades.
Every other child a mother has will leave a similar imprint on her body. Even if a pregnancy doesn’t end, or if you have an abortion, these cells still migrate into the bloodstream.

It's amazing how the mother's body protects the baby at all costs, and the baby protects and rebuilds the mother in return, so they can safely develop and survive.

I’m currently holding my three week old child and I know she did something to my body during pregnancy. Before I got pregnant, I would have minor seizures every 3-4 months or so. During pregnancy and now 3 weeks postpartum, I haven’t had ANY and I haven’t felt the pre-seizure aura that warns me it’s about to happen. I don’t know how long this will last, but it’s definitely something I noticed quickly after I found out I was pregnant.
I think it can be permanent but depends. I’ve heard of food intolerances and other small things going away permanently. Cool to hear about something major like this though. I pray this is permanent for you too and I do know God is moving to heal more and more people. I also wouldn’t be surprised if he just wanted to heal you
I know He did more than alleviate the seizures as I was barren over ten years before He opened my womb and placed my child there. Waiting for Him to move and not pursuing man made solutions was one of the best things I’ve ever done.

So, this happens only during the pregnancy? What about after you deliver the baby?
Because of my blood type, O-, I had to get a RhoGAM shot after each birth so that if any of the child's blood got in my system it won't affect my next pregnancy. That's what I was told anyway.
