Interesting background image and graphics. I'm not sure of the significance, but here's what I found after enlarging the image to try to read the text.

Looking at the lettering at the top, it seems like it's part of map used as the background image. Here's the text at the top (I think):

Here's the text from the second and third lines (again, I think. It's hard to read.):

After a quick search, I found the following match (from this link: https://www.abebooks.com/maps/Vera-Hierosolymae-veteris-imago-Ioanne-Baptista/31158462320/bd):

The image (and text) appear to be taken from a map published in 1604. Here is the description:

Rome, c.1604. Two sheets conjoined, total 680 x 750mm. Trimmed to printed border; binding folds flattened as usual in large maps, very minor repairs at folds. An imaginary plan of ancient Jerusalem, orientated with north to the right, showing the city before the Christian era. Outside the city walls are the camps of various invaders, including the Romans under Pompey and Titus. Juan Bautista Villalpando (1552-1608), a Spanish Jesuit scholar & architect, drew reconstructions of the classical city based on the assumption that the buildings of Jerusalem were designed using the laws of geometry and based on the ideals of the Roman writer Vitruvius. This plan was published in "Expnaationes in Ezechielis et apparatus urbis ac templi Hierosolymitani'' by Hieronymus Prado and Villalpando. LAOR: 1148. Seller Inventory # 22075

I thought this bit was particularly interesting given current events:

After trying to parse out the text, I started really looking at the image itself. I noticed an arch of seven angels(?), at least that is what they look like to me. And below that, seven oil lamp looking objects.

Lo and behold, there are definitely some interesting search results. I used the phrase 'biblical seven angels seven lamps' in Brave. The results include several references to 'seven angels', 'seven lights', 'seven lamps', 'seven spirits of God', etc. So there is definitely a significance to these inclusions in the graphic.

In the bottom corners, the symbols for the alpha (left) and the omega (right) are used. I did a quick Brave search for 'biblical alpha and omega' and got the following summary:

In the Bible, Alpha and Omega are the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet, used to denote the whole of anything, from beginning to end. Jesus is referred to as the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.2 This title of Christ and God is used as a Christian symbol and is often combined with the Cross, Chi-rho, or other Christian symbols.1 When praying to Christ as the Alpha and the Omega, one is praying to the One who is, who was, and who is to come.0 Jesus as the Alpha and Omega also means that there is nothing beyond Him, and when He makes a declaration, that declaration is final.3 In Revelation 21:6, God identifies himself as "Alpha and Omega."

This line is of particular interest:

Jesus is referred to as the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.

Finally, I did a search on 'biblical fish coin' (see image, bottom middle of page). Brave came back with several references to Jesus instructing Peter to catch a fish. In the fish's mouth is a coin. It is enough to pay the (Jerusalem) temple tax for both Peter and Jesus. Interesting references to Jerusalem, taxes, Jesus, the miracle of the coin in the fish's mouth, etc. All seem quite timely to me.

I'm not sure what to make of all this, but I'm sure smarter minds than me can figure out the significance of everything happening in this one image. And, of course, I didn't even touch on the Bible verse itself.

Dasting...that is actually about activating the 'Kundalini' (the 7 lamps) the 'voice behind' is referencing energetic activity in the spine/nervous system while meditating (in the spirit) on the Lords Day aka Sunday.

In other words, its about what they called 'the resurrection of the dead' and what we now call 'the great awakening'.

Further, another way to consider the Alpha and Omega, aside from the traditional 'beginning and end' sense, is the Omega is currently the symbol for the Ohm, which is (electrical) resistance.

So it can mean the "Beginning of the resistance", or the "start of withholding"

I just find it odd that this is happening in October anybody else sure it's just a coincidence though
