Shall. Not. Be. Infringed.
Notice they all had heartburn over the last SCOTUS ruling. They can only apply bans the Founding Fathers had in place at that time. There were none.
But now they claim they can still ban and confiscate. meaning if they do they are now committing felonies.
Why, just the other day I saw an AR-15 sprout legs, get up, walk itself across the street and commit a crime! That damn assault weapon and having a mind of its own, I tell ya WHAT!
Amazing how they had heart burn when the last SCOTUS ruling came out. Can only apply restrictions the Founding Fathers had in place. There were none. Now they ignore this ruling.
Well, an SUV ran over a kid that waddled into the street because they weren't paying attention out their driver side window.
Reddit blamed SUVs and said they don't belong in cities.
So they consistently blame tools and not people.
except when it comes to gender neutrality, climate change, and generally the useless lefty church agenda.
It's not an assault weapon it's a rifle w a kit to make it look bad ass. Still just a rifle. And they will never get ours...they're family. Kek.
Correct. The Bruen Decision (the one you reference) has the Left freaking the fuck out. Per Bruen, all of it needs to be repealed now. ALL of it.
Amen, and thank you.
Didn't they infringe on autos ?
They infringed on everything.
“Public safety concerns must be addressed in ways that are lawful. This rule is not,” said the Trump-appointed judge.
The nine-page decision is the latest to challenge the ATF over its rule requiring millions of owners of braced guns to register the firearms and pay a $200 tax, or face 10 years in jail. Kacsmaryk’s decision is the most sweeping, covering the whole country.
At issue is the ATF’s rule issued earlier this year to ban the braces on the guns. The agency claims it turns a pistol into a dangerous rifle and supporters have cited how the weapons have been used in a handful of mass shootings.
However, for years before its ban, the ATF allowed the braces to be sold, and they have become so common that some estimate 40 million or more are in circulation, making the AR-style pistol one of the most commonly held firearms in the nation.
Since the ATF changed its view of the brace and issued its rule, a handful of courts have challenged the agency and questioned how it can overnight make millions of owners potential criminals.
Challenges have been filed in several courts. The one Kacsmaryk ruled on was brought by the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty on behalf of three veterans.
"WHAT??? A JUDGE DOING THE RIGHT THING?!? BUT THEY'RE ALL CORRUPT, YOU CANT TRUST JUDGES, THEY'RE ALL BAD!!!!!
NOTHING GOOD COMES OUT OF THE JUDICIAL!!!!!!!"
...Said the shills and glowies.
They are out there, but sadly few of them.
In my view, the injunction (temporary) was correct, but not for the reasons he stated.
EAT SHIT BIDEN
I suspect he does on a daily basis.
He just thinks it's one of Ben and Jerry's weird flavors.
This shows us what a mockery the globalists and their DS BS Puppets have made of the office of the President with this vegetable..
u/LakotaPride THANQ for sharing this!
No thanks needed. happy to share the good news.
What a relief.
I'd be looking at a possible 70 years in jail (and growing)....
I breathed a sigh of relief with the Bruen ruling from SCOTUS. They confiscate anything from you like this and you go file charges with your local LE.
Agreed.
I'm getting tired of using flex seal on my boat....
A few Felony arrests on these violators and watch the volunteers disappear.
That is nice, but it illustrates the larger problem perfectly. All it takes, is one judge to destroy our Constitutional rights. We got lucky this time. Next time, who knows?
Exactly and after the last Bruen ruling from SCOTUS they can only use restrictions the Founding Fathers had. There were none and they had meltdowns and returned to ignoring the last ruling.
Well .... Good for this judge, but in my view abysmal.
The second amendment says:
So ...... when reading the 1934 (after 1933 bankruptcy congressional law) it says inherently dangerous and generally lacking usefulness, except for violent and criminal purposes.
So, the test should be: a law made by congress is pursuant to the Constitution.
What on Gods green earth do these judges not understand? The Constitution, as it clearly says: SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.
Congress and the judges do that, time and again. They violate their oath.
This judge is contend with settling the matter under the header of relief within the statutory jurisdiction and leaves the Constitutional question for another time.
So he is looking bottom up, the government acts top down.
As Oliver Hardy often said: A fine mess you got me into.
I keep pointing out with the last SCOTUS Bruen ruling the only restrictions they can use are the ones the Founding Fathers had at that time. There were none. Andrew Jackson purchased firearms from the people to supply his army to meet the British in New Orleans.
The left knows as they had a meltdown over the Bruen ruling.
The standard 5.56 NATO AR-15 is fully capable of shooting 22LR ammo. Just swap out the bolt carrier and the magazine. It will not be as accurate as a 22LR rifle, why? The 22LR is a .222 caliber, and your AR-15 is designed for .223 (5.56mm = 223 cal)
The 5.56mm NATO has a higher chamber pressure than rifles specially called .223. Probably works fine, but no guarantees. So you probably want the 556 over the Wylde or .223
Other popular 22 calibers are 22Mag, and 22-250, and .223; all of which were legal deer hunting rifles at one point.
Imho, the 22LR conversion kit (~$200) is way fun and a huge cost saver for practice on the AR, and plinking
Thank you for sharing this.
This is what I have, and I love it. ~$170 online. Odds are your local range, or gun dealer has them on the shelf for similar. CMMG is pretty well known for this product.
It will rapid fire pretty well, ONE suggestion - if you let your rifle rest on the Magazine, odds are better than average it will jam. The magazine tolerance is not designed to bear the weight of the rifle. So, either support it using your hands, or on something that is not the magazine - then as fast as you can toggle the trigger, you will fire off a 22LR. Lots of fun, and way cheaper than burning 556/223 which is ~10x more expensive.
Have fun, fren.
